I started the company Big Luks Tree Service after realizing the passion I had for tree work and all the creativity and freedom it brought. From rigging down trees and the adrenaline rush it brought, to trimming for aesthetics, I grew a burning desire to serve the community and make a difference in some way. For 3 years I worked as a wildland firefighter and this is where my story first began. I realized I was always intrigued being around wildlife and nature and just the outdoors in general. When incorporating fire, although destructive at first, brought with it new life and new growth. It just goes to show that even in times of sorrow and disaster, no matter the reason, there is often a beauty we can’t quite see at the moment. Although, with time and a positive outlook, something beautiful can take its place. Thanks for being here.
